|
| Who picks the wineries? |
| |
This is a Self-Guided Tour so you
can pick the wineries or we can help you pick the wineries based on your
individual preference of wine types (white, red, champagne, etc.). |
| Are the tasting fees Included? |
| |
No, but we can offer you 2 for 1
coupons to a few of the local wineries or If you know in advance which
wineries you will be doing tasting we can purchase tasting tickets for
you. |
| How many wineries do you think
we can do in 4, 5, 6, or 8 hours? |
| |
That depends on your group, some people
like to linger between wine tasting while some people do not. We
generally suggest you estimate 30 to 45 minutes per winery. |
| Do we need reservations for
lunch? |
| |
Yes, lunch reservations are critical,
especially on Saturdays or Sundays. Avoid delays in your day by making
reservations for lunch and planning your wine tour around that
reservation time. We would be happy to make the reservations for you,
just let us know. |
| Can we bring our own
food/liquor? |
| |
Yes. You are welcome to bring your
own food and/or beverages. |
| What time do you think we
should start our tour? |
| |
Most of the Temecula Valley wineries open
daily at 10:00am and close at 5:00pm. We can pick you up at
whatever time you would like. Consider your drive time to the
valley and the hours of the wineries so that you can make the most of
your wine tour time. |
| Can you pick us up in Orange,
San Diego or Los Angeles County? |
| |
Yes. Dependent on your exact location
there may be an "out of area" pick-up fee. Please call for
exact details on if your area would be subject to an "out of
area" pick-up fee. |
| If we drive to Temecula where
can you pick us up? |
| |
Any location you desire. Hotel, restaurant,
winery, a friends residence. |
| How soon should we book our
wine tour? |
| |
As soon as possible. We do run out of cars
regularly so booking early is best. As soon as you have a confirmed date
and the final size of your group, its time to make a reservation. |
| Is the gratuity included? |
| |
Yes, the industry standard minimum gratuity
will be included, however, our drivers are outstanding so if you would
like to tip them more than the minimum, please feel free. |
| Can we bring children? |
| |
The wineries will not let children into the
tasting rooms since a tasting room is considered to be a bar area so
bringing children along is not recommended. They would be better left at
home as there is nothing for them to do. The wineries are not
geared to children. |
| Do Your Drivers
Know the Wine Country? |
| |
Yes, our drivers are
actually trained in the wine country and we have done over 250 wine tours
so our drivers are constantly getting feedback from customers that they
can share with you. |
